TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Service

evisas vietnam provides visa application support services, including application review, data verification, preparation, and submission assistance for Vietnam e-visas.

We are a private agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam. We do not issue visas. Final approval or rejection is determined solely by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

2. Nature of the Service

By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our service is a time-sensitive, non-tangible, and immediately initiated service.
• Service work may begin immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Once payment is completed, resources may be allocated and work may commence without further notice.

This acknowledgment is required for payment processing and refund eligibility assessment.

3. Application Accuracy & Client Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and consistent with your passport and travel documents. You also agree that:

• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
• You must verify the information in your visa approval letter/e-visa immediately upon receipt and notify us of any errors without delay.

evisas vietnam is not responsible for:

• Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant
• Refusal or delay due to inaccurate documentation
• Changes requested after submission
• Losses arising from the applicant’s failure to review issued visa documents promptly

4. Processing Time Disclaimer

All processing times displayed on our website are estimates only and are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) in Vietnam local time (UTC +7 ICT).

Processing times may be affected by:

• Government workload
• Public holidays
• Technical issues or system maintenance
• Discretion of immigration authorities
• Force majeure events

We are not responsible for delays caused by the Vietnam Immigration Department or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For expedited processing services (e.g. 1-4 hours), processing time starts only after the Vietnam Immigration Department has opened (8:30AM VNT) and we have confirmed processing of your visa.

5. Cancellation Policy

Because our service is time-sensitive and begins immediately upon payment confirmation, cancellations are only permitted if requested within 10 minutes of payment. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Principle

Our service fees cover the costs of consultancy, review, preparation, and processing support for your application. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your application at the time the refund request is made.

6.2 Eligible Refunds

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• 100% refund: If you cancel your request within 10 minutes of payment.
• Service error: If your visa is denied or issued with errors due to our mistake, we will either refund the service fee or re-apply for you at no extra cost.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

6.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The application has already been reviewed, processed, or submitted
• The government rejects your visa application for reasons related to your background, including but not limited to blacklist status or legal violations
• You provided incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information, including but not limited to passport number, date of birth, date of arrival, or other required details
• You change your travel plans or no longer wish to travel after the service has been rendered
• You fail to respond to requests for additional information or documentation
• Delays are caused by the Vietnam Immigration Department and are beyond our control
• Government policy changes, technical outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• You misunderstand visa eligibility, visa requirements, or entry conditions

6.4 Government Fees

Government visa fees (such as USD 25 / USD 50, where applicable) are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the application.

6.5 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

7. Visa Approval Disclaimer

evisas vietnam does not guarantee visa approval.

Approval is determined solely by the Vietnam Immigration Department. Except in cases of proven service error by evisas vietnam, no refund is due if an application is denied, delayed, or otherwise affected by government decisions.

8. Duplicate Applications

If an applicant submits multiple applications for the same traveler:

• Each submission is treated as a separate service
• Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By using our service, you agree to contact evisas vietnam first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks for services already rendered may be contested with supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

• IP address
• Payment confirmation
• Application logs
• Email communications
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

10. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data is handled securely and used solely for visa processing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, evisas vietnam shall not be liable for:

• Missed flights or travel disruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from visa refusal or delay
• Actions or decisions made by government authorities
• Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the applicant
• Changes in government policies or regulations

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid by the customer, excluding any government fees.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government system outages
• Policy changes
• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• Public emergencies
• Technical failures of third-party systems

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updated version will become effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You agree that cancellation is only possible before processing begins
• You acknowledge the non-guaranteed nature of visa approval
• You accept the applicable refund policy stated above
